We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our digital transformation solutions or services tailored exclusively for Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations. This role is critical in communicating our value as to the right global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display channels to promote our Healthcare or Life Sciences-focused services.
- Build and maintain our digital presence across platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication aligned with Healthcare and Life Sciences domain expertise.
- Optimize Search Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting, Social campaigns, etc to drive qualified leads for solutions and services
Analytics, Insights & Optimization
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns; assess outcomes against KPIs and ROI.
- Identify trends, insights, and audience behaviours unique to Life Sciences decision-makers to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Conduct A/B tests, conversion optimization, and funnel improvement exercises to refine marketing assets.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering, Data Analytics, DevOps, Compliance, Content, Designing, Business development, etc) to develop high-quality content that showcases our domain knowledge and technological capabilities.
- Produce engaging content: case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, blog posts, and social media content showcasing impact in Pharma, MedTech, CROs, Digital Health, and more.
- Support brand storytelling to highlight innovation, people-first culture, and Life Sciences transformation vision.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech, IT services, or Life Sciences domains.
- Demonstrable success managing SEO/SEM, marketing automation, database marketing, email campaigns, and social channels.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using website analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).
- Experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns and running A/B tests.
- Ability to translate complex Life Sciences technology concepts into compelling marketing narratives.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 35 years of digital marketing experience in IT services or SaaS.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Marketing automations, Website development, Lead qualification, Integrated marketing, Customer 360, Dashboards, Analytics.
- Experience marketing to decision-makers in Pharma, Biotech, CROs, Medical Devices, or Digital Health.
