We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our US logistics and freight brokerage operations. The role focuses on Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and website management to drive lead generation and improve online performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns as required
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting dashboards
- Execute SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Manage and update company website and landing pages (design, layout, content updates)
- Optimize lead funnels and conversion paths
- Generate and track inbound leads and coordinate with internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Post Graduate degree in Marketing or Business (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Website designing and management (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and Google Ads
- Good communication and analytical skills
