Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketer who can own our paid campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution to optimisation.

You will be responsible for driving ROI, leads, conversions, and performance metrics across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is obsessed with performance, experiments, analytics, and results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Ads & Media Buying

• Plan, launch, and optimise ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Drive lead generation, sales funnels, and growth metrics for multiple brands
• Carry out A/B tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels

Performance & Analytics

• Track ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPM, and all key ad performance metrics
• Create dashboards using Looker Studio, GA4, Meta Reporting
• Implement conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager

Growth Strategy

• Build and execute growth experiments
• Work with the creative team to optimise ads based on insights
• Drive campaign optimisation based on real-time performance data

Funnel Optimisation

• Improve landing page performance and user flows
• Analyse drop-offs and increase conversion rates through experimentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 24 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or D2C preferred)
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM
• Experience in building dashboards and interpreting data
• Ability to plan, run, and scale paid campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools is a bonus
