As we expand our marketing efforts, we are looking for ahands-on Digital Marketing Specialistto join ourKochi officeand support lead generation, brand growth, and partner promotions.

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing and managing digital campaigns to promote our university partners, generate student leads, and support our recruitment teams with high-quality enquiries.

This is afull-time, in-office rolebased in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and executedigital marketing campaignsacross social media, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Manage and optimiseMeta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Adsfor lead generation
• Handlewebsite updates(WordPress), landing pages, forms, and conversion optimisation
• Manage and growsocial media channels(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create marketing creatives usingCanva / basic design tools(posts, ads, banners)
• Supportemail and WhatsApp marketing campaignsfor student outreach
• Track performance using analytics tools and preparemonthly reports (leads, CPL, ROI)
• Coordinate with counsellors and partners for campaign requirements and promotions

Requirements

14 years of experience indigital marketing or performance marketing

Hands-on experience withMeta Ads and Google Ads

Working knowledge ofWordPress websites and landing pages

Basic design skills (Canva, creatives for social media & ads)

Understanding oflead generation funnels

Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience ineducation, study abroad, or service industryis a plus
