Digital Marketing & Shopify Intern

Brands: Mononym (Primary) + Ember Foundry (Secondary)

Location: Vipul Business Park, Gurugram | Duration: 3–6 months

Format: Full time, in office (4 day work-week)

Mononym is a premium, identity-led clothing brand built around minimalism and intent. It operates as a D2C-first business where the website, product pages, and drops directly drive revenue.

Ember Foundry is a strategic research and diagnostic company for Indian promoters. It is a thinking-led brand where credibility, clarity, and sharp communication matter more than volume.

Role Overview

You will work at the core of Mononym's D2C engine, ensuring the website, products, and operations run cleanly and efficiently.

A smaller part of your role will support Ember's digital backend.

This is an execution-heavy role. Accuracy, ownership, and follow-through matter.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Website Management (Mononym)

• Upload and manage products, collections, pricing, and inventory
• Maintain product pages (images, descriptions, variants, tags)
• Ensure website hygiene (no errors, broken links, or inconsistencies)

Drops & Sales Execution

• Set up backend for launches, drops, and sales
• Ensure all listings are accurate before going live
• Be responsible for smooth execution during launch

Agency Coordination (Critical)

• Work with external agencies for website design and updates
• Ensure products, banners, and pages are implemented correctly
• Follow up actively and check all outputs before they go live

Performance Tracking

• Track daily metrics: traffic, CVR, AOV, bestsellers
• Maintain simple trackers (Google Sheets)
• Flag what is working and what is not

Customer Experience

• Identify recurring issues from customer support
• Improve clarity across product pages and FAQs
• Flag friction in the buying journey

Ember Support (Secondary)

• Paid Ads
• Landing Page Setup
• Update website pages if required

What We're Looking For

• Interest in D2C, e-commerce, and how brands sell
• Basic familiarity with Shopify (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Bias for execution and ownership

Stipend

• INR 12,000/month
