Role Title
Digital Marketing Officer
Role Objective
To build and execute Kefilo's
digital presence and lead-generation systems, driving awareness, community engagement, and demand across consumers, gyms, and B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms
- Manage social media content, calendars, and posting
- Create and optimise performance campaigns (Meta, Google)
- Generate leads for subscriptions, workshops, and B2B programs
- Coordinate content creation (reels, posts, stories, blogs)
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO
- Track metrics, insights, and campaign performance
- Align digital campaigns with on-ground events and partnerships
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in digital marketing or growth roles
- Hands-on knowledge of social media, ads, and content
- Understanding of lead funnels and conversions
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup
- Interest in wellness, fitness, or food brands preferred
