Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute end-to-end marketing strategy (brand, growth, and performance).
- Drive digital marketing across social media, content, SEO, and funnels.
- Create and manage brand positioning, storytelling, and campaigns.
- Support lead generation for B2C and B2B (subscriptions, programs, partnerships).
- Work closely with product, nutrition, kitchen, and tech teams for launches.
- Track metrics, experiments, and growth insights to refine strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with content, campaigns, funnels, and analytics.
- Startup mindset: ownership-driven, execution-focused, and adaptable.
- Interest or experience in food, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.
Equity Structure (Important)
- 34 discussion rounds to define ownership scope and impact areas.
- 1-month NDA-based cohort to assess execution, alignment, and collaboration.
- Post cohort Equity Agreement.
- Equity formally allotted after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration.
- 5-year vesting with performance-linked milestones.
- Cash compensation begins only after funding.
