Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execute and implement at local level the digital marketing strategy defi ned by HQ.

Ensure full compliance with HQ guidelines, timelines, key messages, and brand standards.

Adapt the global strategy to local market needs (language, cultural insights, regulations) while staying within the defi ned framework.

Act as the main point of contact between the local market and HQ to ensure continuous alignment.

Translate HQ and local market needs into clear briefs for central agencies.

Ensure central agencies execute campaigns correctly for the local market and in line with HQ standards.

Coordinate campaign activation across the channels defi ned by HQ (paid search, social, display etc.) together with central agencies.

Ensure correct local implementation of HQ-approved creatives, copy, and assets.

Ensure ads meet quality standards (copy, headlines, landing pages) and go live on time.

Monitor campaign performance and liaise with central agencies to optimize within the boundaries set by HQ.

Report results using HQ-defi ned KPIs and reporting formats.

Ensure correct use of corporate tools, platforms, and processes.

Ensure product feeds remain accurate and compliant by running daily checks in Google Merchant Center and addressing disapprovals, warnings, and unclassified products.

Support technical integrations, testing, and deployments.

Validate partner invoices and ensure they are sent to Finance on time.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google Ads, Paid Social.

Advanced analytical skills (KPI diagnosis, performance storytelling, opportunity identify cation).

Proficiency in measurement and analytics (GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads).

Budget management and optimization skills (pacing, efficiency, profitability focus).

Agency and stakeholder management (briefing, coordination, follow-up, accountability).

High attention to detail and quality control (creative, landing pages, tracking, product feed health).

Ability to translate global strategy into effective local execution.

Strong project management (campaign planning, timelines, prioritization).

Comfort working with technical teams on integrations, testing, and deployments.
