We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who

About the Role

You will be responsible for building and executing integrated digital marketing strategies

that drive brand positioning, lead generation, and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership

role, where you will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize budgets, and collaborate

closely with design, content, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue

goals

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and

LinkedIn Ads

Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing

initiatives

Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic

Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand positioning

Implement email marketing automation for lead nurturing and retention

Monitor analytics, conversion funnels, and campaign KPIs using tools like Google Analytics

Track marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI

Present structured monthly and quarterly performance reports to leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital/performance marketing

Strong expertise in paid campaign management and optimization

Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, SMO, keyword research, and ranking strategies

Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools

Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Ability to work in a structured, performance-focused environment
