We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to work with a leading advertising agency in Chennai!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads.) to meet business goals like lead generation, sales, or brand awareness.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly to ensure KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate are met.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop effective ad copies and visuals.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure efficient spending across campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Identify new growth opportunities through emerging ad platforms or strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / PPC / paid media.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads or Meta Certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of basic HTML, landing page design, and user funnels.
