Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Performance Marketing to lead digital growth across all our brands. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results in brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue performance. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, analytical acumen, and creative flair to enhance digital presence and optimize marketing outcomes across multiple verticals, including hospitality, F&B, and travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns for hospitality, F&B, and travel brands
  • Manage ad budgets, analytics, and ROI tracking across platforms
  • Plan and execute Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns targeting high-intent audiences
  • Design and optimize retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversions
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-impact ad creatives
  • Track KPIs, analyze data, and implement insights to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Oversee social media and influencer collaborations aligned with brand and performance objectives

Requirements
  • 36 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing (preferably in D2C, FMCG, or F&B sectors)
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, SEO/SEM, and Analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, campaign optimisation, and conversion tracking
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
