Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Kochi office. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-performance campaigns, with a specific focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies. Responsibilities also include overseeing lead generation, analyzing web analytics data, and ensuring all marketing initiatives align with client business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven history of managing successful campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, & YouTube) is a mandatory requirement.
• Proven leadership capacity with experience in assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and mentoring a team.
• Strong client communication skills, capable of handling requirements, providing updates, and presenting strategy reports confidently.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and data interpretation for actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
