Digital Marketing Manager

Vianaar is Goa's leading luxury real estate company, known for designing and building beautiful holiday homes in the serene villages of North Goa. We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 4 years+ of experience in managing social media ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing campaigns to join our Marketing team in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategize, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive brand visibility and high-quality lead generation while maintaining ROI goals.

· Manage monthly performance marketing budgets of ₹40-50 lakhs effectively and efficiently.

· Create compelling ad copy and collaborate on visuals that align with the brand's positioning.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with monthly and quarterly goals.

· Set up conversion tracking, goals, and funnels in Google Analytics.

· Allocate budgets strategically and drive conversions while minimizing acquisition costs.

Skills & Qualifications: -

-Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.

- Proficient in web analytics tools and data interpretation.

- Experience with audience targeting for premium/luxury segments.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.

- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
