Hiring: Digital Marketing Associate Healthcare / Eye Care Industry

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Experience: 37 years

Travel: 3050% (field-intensive role)

CTC: 8 to 10 lakhs per annum

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Associate to drive on-ground execution of social media campaigns and work closely with eye care practices to strengthen their digital presence.

This is a hybrid role that combines digital marketing expertise, field activations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and localize social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile
• Optimize clinic websites, listings, and ensure basic SEO hygiene
• Guide practices on digital best practices and reviews management
• Identify and execute field activations across relevant sectors
• Track performance metrics and ensure strong data-driven follow-through

Ideal Candidate:

• 57 years of hands-on digital campaign experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong understanding of website optimization and local SEO fundamentals
• Comfortable managing vendors and on-ground activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Open to frequent travel

Experience in healthcare, eye care, or multi-location marketing will be an advantage.
