The Role

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Manager to lead and scale Supertails paid acquisition engine across Google and Meta ecosystems.

This role will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The focus will be on scalable growth, acquisition efficiency, and improving lifetime value through data-driven performance marketing.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, platform expertise, and experimentation mindset, with proven experience managing large budgets and building full-funnel performance strategies.This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, improving unit economics, and scaling Supertails digital acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Strategy & Budget Ownership
  • Own and execute the paid media strategy across Google and Meta platforms, aligned with Supertails growth goals across commerce, services, and app.
  • Manage and optimize large monthly budgets across the full funnel—from demand generation to high-intent demand capture.
  • Build performance forecasts, budget allocation models, and growth projections.
  • Present performance insights, trends, and optimization strategies to senior leadership.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end execution across:
  • Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Design scalable account structures, audience strategies, keyword frameworks, and bidding models.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CVR, CTR, Impression Share, and LTV.
  • Drive structured experimentation across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

Feed, Tracking & Measurement

  • Own Google Merchant Center performance, feed quality, and diagnostics in collaboration with product and tech teams.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking where applicable.
  • Analyze search intent, audience signals, and performance data to inform marketing, merchandising, and category decisions.

Creative & Demand Generation Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand and Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, video assets, and landing page experiences.
  • Translate performance insights into creative strategy for Meta and YouTube campaigns.
  • Support upper-funnel demand generation initiatives through YouTube and Meta testing.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for high-growth e-commerce or D2C brands.
  • Strong expertise across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram Ads.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale advertising budgets with accountability for growth and ROAS.
  • Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center, feed optimization, and Shopping performance drivers.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to independently drive strategy, execution, and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Haves

  • Experience managing App install and app engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer.
  • Exposure to incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, or landing page optimization.
  • Passion for the pet-care industry and building a category-defining consumer brand.
