Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing.
  • Team Management: Work with (and manage) social media managers, ad specialists, designers, and content creators. Step in when needed.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management. Must be comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and content strategies to increase lead conversion.
  • Growth Hacking: Experiment with new growth strategies, automation, and AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Budgeting & ROI Management: Plan marketing budgets, optimize spends, and ensure maximum returns on investments.
  • Crisis Management: Handle marketing operations independently if a team member is unavailableyour ability to execute matters.

Requirements
  • What You Should Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindsetyou should love data, spreadsheets, and numbers.
  • Prior experience managing paid ad campaigns, SEO, and content strategies.
  • Ability to manage and guide external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skillsstructured, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to own reporting and decision-making.
