Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Plan monthly content strategy for Instagram + LinkedIn
Manage posting calendars, captions, and brand tone
Work with design/content teams to publish output consistently
Monitor engagement, community response + trend alignment
Performance Marketing
Create and manage Meta + Google Ads campaigns
Allocate budgets, track ROAS, CPC, CTR, cost per lead
Analyze data & optimize campaigns weekly for performance
Build target audience sets + remarketing funnels
SEO + Website
Basic SEO knowledge keywords, backlinks, on-page fixes
Coordinate web updates, landing pages, traffic tracking
Improve website conversion rates + lead generation quality
Analytics + Reporting
Track insights across campaigns, social media, website, ads
Prepare weekly + monthly performance dashboards
Identify what's working, what's not, and plan improvement steps
Influencer + Brand Collaborations
Research influencers, negotiate, manage outreach & ROI analysis
Build brand visibility through creators + digital partnerships
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital channels (IG, Meta Ads, Google, SEO)
Creative thinking + analytical mindset balance of art & numbers
Good copywriting for ads, captions, and hooks
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, Canva
Data-driven, fast execution, growth-focused approach
Comfortable working with performance targets & deadlines
