Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in Real Estate industry only
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Leads)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram lead generation)
• Must have experience running ads for real estate lead generation campaigns
• Ability to handle and optimise heavy budgets
• Experience with remarketing, audience targeting & campaign strategy
• Strong understanding of ROI, CPL control & funnel optimisation
• Experience with analytics & reporting tools

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and optimise paid campaigns for real estate projects
• Track performance daily and maintain lead quality
• Build landing page strategies for better conversions
• Coordinate with Sales team for lead feedback and improvements
• Present weekly performance reports to management
