Job Summary
To lead the strategic development and execution of omnichannel digital marketing strategies & campaigns for Greater India to drive business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence. This role collaborates across departments to ensure digital marketing platforms, user experiences & efforts are innovative, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Leads the development and execution of omnichannel digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and accelerate business performance.
Delivers high ROI driven digital marketing campaigns across OTT, Socmed, Display, SEO/GEO, Owned websites and 3rd Party apps
Oversees the design, creation, deployment & optimization and governance of digital capabilities & content across web, social, email, and paid media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
Drives adoption of Ai and Ai tools in asset creation, processes, analytics, campaign management and other digital marketing efforts
Defines performance frameworks and leads analysis to identify opportunities for customer interface, campaign and channel optimization.
Establishes and scales digital marketing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization programs to improve ROI and customer experience.
Champions customer data programs and drives active customer involvement through co-creation, feedback loops, and personalization strategies.
Identifies and integrates emerging digital marketing trends, including AI-driven personalization, automation, and predictive analytics.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, IT, legal, privacy, brand) to align digital marketing strategies with broader business goals.
Owns the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost optimization and business case realization.
Ensures compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and IT security protocols.
Critical Experiences
9-12+ years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with (eCommerce) platforms and digital strategy development.
Creative acumen to drive and guide in-house and outsourced teams to deliver high impact digital marketing campaigns
Proven track record of developing and leading successful digital marketing initiatives, campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of Shopify (website management), Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads (campaign performance), Sprinklr (Social Analytics & ORM), Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar (Web Analytics) and VWO (CRO)
Understanding and experience with Ai tools for asset creation, analytics and online campaign management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in UX, customer journey mapping and marketing automation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in digital marketing, including experience with marketing on eCommerce platforms and digital strategy development.
Google Analytics Certification or equivalent is essential to effectively analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
