Job Description

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of GoldenBee's online marketing efforts. This role requires strong expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, lead generation, analytics, and brand buildingespecially in the education sector. The goal is to drive high-quality leads, increase brand reach, and support admissions growth across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient lead flow for admissions.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to track lead quality and conversions.

2. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly/quarterly digital strategies aligned with admissions goals.
  • Benchmark competition and identify new opportunities for online growth.
  • Manage multi-campus campaigns and localized audience targeting.

3. Content & Social Media Management

  • Oversee content calendars, creatives, and copy for social media.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms.
  • Run engagement/reach campaigns to build a strong parent community.

4. Website & SEO

  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Coordinate SEO efforts: keyword research, blog strategy, backlinks, and ranking improvements.
  • Monitor website analytics and lead form performance.

5. CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Work with CRM teams (Meritto/LeadSquared/HubSpot) to ensure proper lead flow.
  • Set up drip campaigns, nurturing workflows, and remarketing loops.
  • Analyze lead journey and optimize touchpoints.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: CPL, CPQ, lead quality score, CAC, lead funnel metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Recommend actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.

7. Coordination & Vendor Management

  • Manage creative agencies, digital partners, and media vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Admissions, Academics, Operations) to ensure alignment.
  • Negotiate with digital partners to secure the best costs and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 48 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation (Meritto, LeadSquared, HubSpot).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and lead funnels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Creativity with a strong eye for design and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
