Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Rotational Off)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives that drive growth, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies.

Drive performance marketing campaigns across SEM, PPC, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels.

Manage SEO, social media, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer engagement programs.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to deliver customer-centric campaigns.

Support team development and contribute to a high-performance marketing culture.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing.

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Experience in branding, creative campaigns, partnerships, and agency management is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a premier institute.

MBA preferred.
