Role Description

This is an on-field role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute overall marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include WhatsApp marketing, designing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta, Google ads, analyzing web analytics, and driving lead generation initiatives. The person will also be responsible for influencer marketing and PR, marketing strategies for events and coordinating with website and social media teams for overall sales and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and related tools to engage audiences effectively and grow brand presence.
• Expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing techniques to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies, trends, and tools to execute impactful campaigns.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
