Key Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves)

• Budget Scale Expertise: Proven track record of managing high-volume budgets (2,00,000+ daily ad spend).
• Domain Experience: Minimum 5 years of core experience in Digital/Performance Marketing within the NBFC, FinTech, or Banking domain.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and CRM integrations.
• Lead Generation Focus: Proven expertise in driving high-ROI, quality lead generation for financial products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Microfinance, etc.).

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strategically scale campaign budgets up to 2 Lakhs+ daily while maintaining optimal Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Run remarketing/retargeting campaigns to maximize lead-to-conversion rates.

2. Technical & Analytics Setup

• Oversee end-to-end tracking setups including GTM, GA4 events, Meta Pixel tracking, offline conversion tracking, and CRM integration.
• Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CRO).

3. Organic & Content Strategy

• Oversee organic search efforts (SEO & SEM) to increase inbound traffic and improve non-paid lead generation channels.
• Work closely with content and design teams to build high-converting landing pages and ad graphics.

4. Reporting & ROI Management

• Monitor, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards tracking CAC, CPL, ROAS, and overall ROI to senior management.
• Manage vendor, agency, and internal team workflows to ensure seamless execution.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional data interpretation skills with a laser focus on ROI and unit economics.
• Leadership: Strong communication, project management, and team handling capabilities.
