Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, social media management, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and community interactions.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
- Experience in social media management and content planning.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
