Role Description : The Digital Marketing & Growth Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. 

VAAHE is looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the brand's digital marketing, growth initiatives, and marketing team. The role requires a mix of creative thinking, performance marketing, brand building, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VAAHE's overall digital marketing and growth strategy.
• Manage social media, content calendars, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Handle and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other paid campaigns.
• Drive website traffic, online sales, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Plan influencer and creator collaborations.
• Manage email, WhatsApp, and customer retention campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, and content creators.
• Manage, guide, and assign work to marketing interns.
• Track campaign performance, ROAS, conversions, engagement, and other KPIs.
• Identify new marketing trends, growth opportunities, and campaign ideas.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, food, D2C, or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media, performance marketing, content, and analytics.
• Ability to manage a small team and take complete ownership of marketing activities.
• Creative, analytical, proactive, and execution-focused.
