Job Summary
Otrix Life Science LLP is looking for a senior and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of digital growth, campaign execution, and online revenue. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, execution-focused, and capable of scaling campaigns in a competitive D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Growth
Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
Manage ad budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum return
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and campaign ideas
Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps
Social Media & Coordination
Oversee social media strategy and ensure consistent brand communication
Coordinate closely with the Social Media Specialist for content planning, posting schedules, and campaign execution
SEO & Organic Growth
Lead SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
Improve website ranking, visibility, and organic traffic through structured strategies
Website & Conversion Optimization
Monitor website performance and user journey
Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates
Implement A/B testing and performance improvements
Marketplace & E-commerce Support
Coordinate with the e-commerce team for marketplace campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa)
Align digital campaigns with product launches and promotional activities
Retention & CRM Marketing
Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Implement remarketing and customer retention strategies
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports
Derive actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Use tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager for data analysis
Team Coordination
Work closely with content, design, and sales teams for smooth execution
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing initiatives
Core Requirements (Senior-Level)
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with strong performance marketing exposure
Proven ability to drive revenue and scale digital campaigns
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid campaign optimization
Solid understanding of D2C and e-commerce business models
Experience managing ad budgets and campaign performance at scale
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization techniques
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
