Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads for financial, legal, and advisory services. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to industries such as finance, banking, legal services, loans, real estate, MSME, DSA, consulting, or related sectors.

Key Role & Responsibility :

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for:

• NPA Advisory
• SARFAESI Services
• OTS (One Time Settlement)
• MSME Finance & Restructuring
• Banking Disputes & Stressed Asset Advisory

Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

Build and optimize lead generation funnels to maximize conversions and ROI.

Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting to improve effectiveness.

Manage CRM systems and lead tracking mechanisms for better conversion management.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and digital campaign optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition strategies.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior for business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Hands-on expertise in:

• CRM Management
