We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute and improve campaigns that acquire relevant users and build product demand. The role has primary ownership of paid advertising across performance channels. It also supports content marketing and social media management, so campaigns are backed by strong creative, clear landing pages and a consistent brand presence. SEO and GEO knowledge are helpful, but SEO is not the primary ownership area. DRAMA should be a priority campaign narrative: the candidate should translate expression editing, emotion control, creative testing and reshoot avoidance into compelling audience-specific ads and content for creators, marketers, agencies and studios.
Planning And Research
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions
:
- Research target audiences, buying behaviour, competitors and channel trends.
- Build monthly and quarterly plans covering objectives, budgets, channel mix and campaign forecasts.
- Define audience, offer, messaging and landing-page hypotheses for DRAMA, Lip Sync and Dubbing.
Paid Advertising Execution
- Set up and manage Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit or other relevant paid campaigns.
- Own targeting, bidding, budgets, placements, retargeting, UTMs, pixels and conversion events.
- Coordinate ad copy, videos, static creative and campaign landing pages with internal teams.
Monitoring And Reporting
- Track traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, CPA/CAC and ROAS.
- Maintain clean dashboards and weekly/monthly reports with clear, actionable insights.
- Validate GA4 GTM, platform pixels and source attribution; flag tracking or funnel issues quickly.
Optimisation And Experimentation
- Run structured tests across creative, copy, audience, bidding, placements and landing pages.
- Reallocate spend toward efficient campaigns and pause weak activity using clear decision rules.
- Maintain an experiment log and turn campaign learning into repeatable playbooks.
Content Marketing And Social Media
- Support campaign-aligned content calendars, product demos, testimonials, case studies and educational posts.
- Coordinate scripts, captions and visual briefs; repurpose paid and influencer assets for owned channels.
- Manage posting cadence, comments, DMs and platform performance to improve reach and engagement.
SEO Knowledge (Plus)
- Apply keyword and search-intent insight to ads, content briefs and campaign landing pages.
- Understand core on-page SEO, Google Search Console and common SEO tools; coordinate with the SEO owner.
- Use paid search and content data to identify new keywords, messages, and landing-page opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years in digital marketing or performance marketing with direct ownership of paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with YouTube or other paid channels is valuable.
- Strong command of audience research, campaign planning, conversion tracking, analytics and ROI/ROAS optimisation.
- Experience coordinating content marketing and social media execution in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Experience
- AI SaaS, B2C/B2B2C SaaS, creator tools, video/media, martech or subscription-product experience.
- Familiarity with video editing, creator, agency or production-studio use cases.
- SEO knowledge and tools such as GSC, Ahrefs or Semrush; landing-page CRO knowledge is a plus.
- Hands-on familiarity with GA4 GTM, Meta Pixel, dashboards, CRM/lifecycle tools and creative testing.
