In addition to our tech services business, we are building and scaling in-house products including:

  • Flint: A video-first meaningful dating platform
  • iDiet: AI-driven personalized nutrition platform

We operate lean, execution-focused, and growth-driven. As we scale, we are looking for a performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can own growth across services and products.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high-ownership growth role.

You will work directly with our Head of Business Development and be responsible for:

  • Growing MoonDive's inbound pipeline (USA/UK tech services)
  • Scaling Flint and iDiet user growth & acquisition
  • Improving SEO + Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Managing full-funnel paid campaigns
  • Driving measurable ROI across channels
  • Growing social media presence for MoonDive, Flint and iDiet

This role combines Performance Marketing + SEO + Growth Strategy + Marketing Analytics + Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Drive ROAS optimization and CAC reduction using LTV and CPL analysis
  • Own complete full-funnel marketing strategy (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Scale paid social using Lookalike Audiences, CBO strategies, and advanced targeting
  • Implement advanced attribution modeling (first-touch, multi-touch, data-driven)

SEO + Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Develop and execute international SEO strategy (USA & UK focus)
  • Conduct deep SERP analysis (intent mapping, featured snippets, schema, Core Web Vitals)
  • Improve rankings for MoonDive (Tech Services), Products: Flint and iDiet
  • Optimize content for:
  • Google Search
  • AI-driven search (ChatGPT/Bing AI/Perplexity visibility)
  • Lead backlink strategy & domain authority growth
  • Collaborate with dev team for technical SEO (site speed, schema, indexing)

Lead Generation & Marketing Automation

  • Build predictable inbound pipeline for MoonDive
  • Run LinkedIn lead gen campaigns for USA/UK clients
  • Implement CRM-based marketing automation
  • Create drip campaigns and lead scoring workflows
  • Align closely with BDM team to improve MQL SQL conversion

Analytics, Tracking & Optimization

  • Own GA4 and GTM setup (events, data layer, custom dimensions)
  • Implement proper conversion tracking & event attribution
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for Landing pages, Ads, Funnels
  • Optimize landing pages for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Provide weekly performance dashboards to leadership

Content & Brand Strategy

  • Guide content writer on SEO-driven blog strategy, Service pages, GEO-optimized content, Product marketing messaging
  • Own brand positioning for: MoonDive, Flint, iDiet
  • Grow and manage social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube
  • Plan integrated omni-channel campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
  • Proven track record in ROAS optimization, Lead generation, SEO ranking improvements
  • Hands-on experience with: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Attribution modeling
  • Funnel metrics
  • CAC vs LTV optimization
  • Experience in B2B marketing (preferred)
  • Analytical, data-driven decision maker

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in software services / SaaS marketing
  • Experience marketing to USA/UK audiences
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • Certification in Google Ads / GA4 / LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
