Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and execution. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media, paid advertising, and search engines, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversion rates.
The role requires expertise in social media management, performance marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) along with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
Plan and execute social media content calendars.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.
Track performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth.

2. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
Monitor KPIs such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and conversion rate.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights.
Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and landing pages.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Coordinate with developers to ensure proper technical SEO implementation.

4. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze digital marketing performance across channels.
Generate regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and conversions.
Use data-driven strategies to guide marketing decisions.

5. Project Management
Manage digital marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
26 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, and SEO.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
