Madchatter is looking for a strategy-first Digital Marketing professional with deep expertise in SEO, content planning, and performance-led storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of brand narrative, discoverability, and conversion ideal for someone who understands how content drives authority, traffic, and leads.
This is not a pure social media role. We're looking for someone who can own organic growth, content architecture, and SEO-led performance across brands.
Your Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing SEO-driven content strategies that strengthen brand visibility, authority, and business impact.
You will work closely with PR, content, and leadership teams to ensure that every piece of content serves a strategic purpose whether it's thought leadership, discoverability, or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth- Own end-to-end SEO strategy on-page, off-page, and content-led SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive consistent organic traffic and lead growth through structured content planning.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.
Content Strategy & Execution- Build content strategies and calendars aligned with brand goals, PR narratives, and search intent.
- Oversee creation of blogs, articles, website content, emailers, and sales collateral.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimised, high-quality, and conversion-focused.
- Establish brands as thought leaders through long-form, authoritative content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with PR teams to align media narratives with owned content platforms.
- Collaborate with design, social, and performance teams for integrated campaigns.
- Support email marketing and lead-nurturing initiatives through content.
Leadership & Quality Control- Mentor writers and junior marketers; ensure editorial and SEO standards are met.
- Review content for structure, tone, optimisation, and performance potential.
- Track results, derive insights, and refine strategies accordingly.
What We're Looking For- 58 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO & content strategy.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and leads through content.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Strong editorial judgement knows how to balance storytelling with search intent.
- Experience working with B2B, tech, fintech, Web3, or corporate brands is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically, execute independently, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple brands.
