About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Kochi-based marketing operations for a UAE-headquartered company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with startups, the ability to build and lead a digital marketing team, and the agility to perform as an individual contributor when needed. A strong background in B2B marketing and familiarity with civil, construction, or infrastructure sectors will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives across the UAE and India markets.
Manage and grow the digital presence (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media).
Plan and oversee B2B lead generation campaigns focused on building relationships with civil and construction companies, contractors, and project consultants.
Create and manage performance-driven Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta campaigns to maximize ROI.
Work closely with the UAE marketing and business development teams to align brand communication and marketing initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and expand a small in-house marketing team (designers, content creators, and executives) while maintaining hands-on execution capability.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Oversee website management, UX improvement, and SEO optimization.
Coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and freelancers for specialized marketing projects.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry practices, particularly in the B2B and construction domain.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
58 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
Proven experience in startup environments and the ability to scale marketing operations from the ground up.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Exposure to the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry preferred.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/CRM tools, and SEO platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
