Details about the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and scale our digital initiatives across performance, brand, and retention channels. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Drive customer acquisition while optimizing key metrics like CAC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Scale campaigns through continuous testing, optimization, and automation.

2. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Lead campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking across platforms.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking frameworks (UTMs, conversion tracking, attribution models).
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
