Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, your primary goal will be to scale inbound lead generation by 3-5x through innovative strategies, leveraging multiple platforms, and creating a robust brand presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy, incorporating:
  • Paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Quora, Reddit).
  • Organic methods (SEO, thought leadership, content marketing, and online forums).
  • Partner platforms, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives with industry influencers or associations.
  • Identify new lead-generation opportunities through emerging platforms (e.g., YouTube for professionals, Medium, SlideShare).
  • Leverage niche platforms such as G2, Capterra, and Cybersecurity-specific forums for reviews and product listings to attract decision-makers.

2. Paid Advertising Management

  • Design and optimize performance-driven campaigns across diverse platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic ad networks).
  • Scale retargeting efforts to re-engage website visitors and nurture prospects across the buyer journey.
  • Use advanced campaign segmentation and A/B testing to maximize ROI and ensure budget optimization.

3. Content-Led Inbound Marketing

  • Plan and execute high-value content campaigns (whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, infographics, case studies) to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to create thought leadership content highlighting Kratikal's expertise in cybersecurity services and products.
  • Build a library of gated content to drive lead capture through downloads and email signups.

4. SEO and Website Optimization

  • Drive organic traffic growth through advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Optimize the website for conversion rate optimization (CRO), ensuring high-quality lead capture.
  • Create and manage blog content targeting high-value, low-competition keywords in cybersecurity.

5. Social Media and Community Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, and industry-specific forums.
  • Actively engage with cybersecurity communities, participating in discussions, Q&A platforms, and events.
  • Use social listening tools to monitor trends and participate in conversations that position Kratikal as a leader.

6. Marketing Automation and CRM Integration

  • Deploy and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) for lead nurturing.
  • Integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems to ensure seamless lead handoff to sales.
  • Build multi-touch email sequences for nurturing campaigns targeting specific industries and buyer personas.

7. Analytics and Reporting

  • Regularly track and report on key metrics like lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and heatmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
  • Create data-driven growth strategies, identifying underperforming channels for improvement.

8. Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team to execute campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the product, sales, and service teams to align messaging and target relevant audiences.
  • Ensure continuous upskilling of the team on the latest tools, platforms, and marketing techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in IT/Cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to scale lead generation through diverse platforms and campaigns.
  • Expertise in paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and organic channels (SEO, content marketing).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, heatmaps).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with community engagement platforms (Quora, Reddit) and review sites (G2, Capterra).
