What you'll do
- Own the paid user acquisition strategy across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google (UAC, Search), and YouTube
- Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets to drive efficient App Installs, Sign-ups, and Procedure Bookings
- Run relentless A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to lower CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Collaborate with the content and design team to brief high-converting ad creatives (UGC, static, video) based on performance data
- Set up and maintain pixel tracking, attribution events, and analytics dashboards to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor post-acquisition metrics (Retention, LTV) to ensure we are acquiring high-quality users, not just volume
What we're looking for
- 25 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns for D2C brands or Consumer Apps
- Deep technical knowledge of Ad Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust)
- A strong analytical mindsetyou live in Excel/Sheets and make decisions based on data, not gut feeling
- Experience managing monthly budgets of 5L+ with a clear track record of improving ROAS
- Ability to write sharp ad copy and identify winning creative hooks
Bonus (nice to have)
- Experience in the Beauty, Wellness, or Health-tech sectors
- Knowledge of retention marketing (CLEVERTAP, MoEngage)
- Startup experience (scaling from 0 to 1)
- Experience with influencer whitelisting/spark ads
