Job Title: Digital Marketing

Location: Noida

Experience: 10+ Years (Digital Marketing, PPC, CRO, Analytics)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Marketing person with deep expertise in performance marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and multiplatform PPC management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, social media, and various display/remarketing channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth, maximize ROI, and generate qualified leads for a diverse set of B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop, implement, and scale high-impact PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other paid channels.

Manage large keyword portfolios and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, lead generation, and ROI.

Oversee online lead generation efforts for multiple industries including small businesses, enterprises, and consumer products/services.

Conversion Rate Optimization & Analytics

Lead CRO initiatives using A/B testing, multivariate testing, UX analysis, and funnel optimization to improve campaign and landing page performance.

Utilize analytics tools to evaluate traffic patterns, conversion trends, and user behavior.

Drive continuous improvement across campaigns through insights from Heap Analytics, Mouseflow, Formisimo, and other advanced platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing activities across all channels.

Prepare detailed reporting dashboards via Google Analytics, SEMrush, Optimizely, and other tools.

Identify growth opportunities and develop data-backed marketing recommendations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with creative, content, technology, and sales teams to develop high-quality marketing assets.

Lead and mentor marketing teams to execute high-performance campaigns with precision.

Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational goals. Brand & Growth Marketing

Drive brand visibility through targeted display advertising, remarketing, and mobile app advertising.

Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and strategic planning across marketing channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, PPC advertising, and CRO.

Expertise in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, social PPC, and display/remarketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, user behavior, and multichannel marketing strategies.

Hands-on experience with multivariate and A/B testing.

Data-driven mindset and deep experience using analytics tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

Certifications (Preferred):

Google Ads Advanced Search & Display Certified

Google Analytics Certified Bing Ads Accredited Professional

Advanced certifications in PPC, CRO, or Analytics

Tools & Platforms Knowledge:

Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads

Facebook & LinkedIn Ads

AdRoll, WordStream, SiteScout, SEMrush

Mouseflow, Heap Analytics, Formisimo
