We're looking for a seasoned digital marketing lead to shape and elevate our end-to-end digital experience spanning email marketing, social media, our corporate website, and other digital platforms where our brand shows up. You'll drive an integrated digital strategy that strengthens brand visibility, amplifies thought leadership, and supports major marketing initiatives across the company.

In this role, you'll lead a team across web, social, and email channels, providing strategic direction while staying close enough to the work to ensure quality, troubleshoot issues, and offer hands-on support when needed particularly in HubSpot. You'll bring a data-driven, collaborative approach, ensuring all digital channels work cohesively and consistently to support our storytelling, campaigns, and overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead an integrated digital strategy across email, social media, the website, and other external digital platforms.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the digital team (website, social media, and email), ensuring high standards, clear priorities, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support when needed especially in HubSpot segmentation, workflows, email builds, and troubleshooting while empowering channel owners to manage day-to-day execution.
  • Manage email marketing strategy and quality across newsletters, nurtures, lifecycle journeys, ABM, event campaigns, and automation workflows.
  • Provide strategic direction for the overall digital experience, including UX enhancements, content priorities, navigation, SEO guidance, and digital optimization roadmaps across all touchpoints.
  • Guide corporate social media strategy, including content themes, posting cadence, engagement direction, and performance review with the social team.
  • Ensure all digital channels deliver consistent messaging, brand expression, and user experience.
  • Set KPIs for all digital channels; oversee analytics, reporting, insights, and data-driven optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for channel innovation, experimentation, and expansion into new digital spaces.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Programs, PR, IT, and other functional areas to integrate digital into major initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience across email, social, and digital experience/website channels.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including segmentation, workflows/automation, troubleshooting, testing, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ABM principles, digital targeting approaches, account-level segmentation, and how digital channels support account-based programs.
  • Demonstrated success leading or developing a team of digital specialists.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO, analytics, content strategy, and multi-channel digital planning.
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise technology, consulting, or supply chain industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
