Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital strategies with a strong focus on social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and driving email campaigns, lead generation, and brand visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated workflows.
  • Create and manage email campaign strategies to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions.
  • Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, campaigns) across social platforms.
  • Run and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across social media and email channels.
  • Maintain and manage content calendars for both social media and email campaigns.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting for effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools and improve ROI.
  • Manage brand presence and online reputation across all digital channels.

Required Skills

  • Excellent creativity skills to present ideas and lead a team of CANVA designers
  • Experience in handling & tuning high-def camera systems, sound devices, lighting setups, and drones.
  • Strong experience in Social Media Management (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Solid understanding of video editing tools such as CapCut, Filmora, Adobe After Effects, Apple iMovie.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads – preferred)
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards)
  • Excellent communication, content planning, and campaign execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple team clusters working on different aspects of social media.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B / outsourcing / service-based industry (added advantage)
