About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and execution-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to support the marketing efforts of InventIndia and On2Cook.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, digital storytelling, trends, and brand building, and is excited to work in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.The intern will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Graphics, Animation, Videography, and internal teams to create and execute engaging digital campaigns and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Planning
- Support in planning and managing the social media content calendar for both brands.
- Assist in generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others.
- Help create content that builds meaningful audience engagement and strengthens brand presence.
- Coordinate editorial calendars and posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent communication.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Work closely with the content, graphics, animation, videography, and internal teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative content ideas, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to capture stories, product highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand-led narratives.
Digital Marketing Support
- Support the execution of digital marketing and pull strategy initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and visibility.
- Assist in campaign planning, content distribution, and audience engagement efforts.
- Help maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across channels.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, audience engagement, and content effectiveness.
- Prepare basic reports and insights on campaign performance, reach, engagement, and growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve content strategy based on insights and best practices.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, content formats, AI tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Keep an eye on emerging trends in technology, innovation, product storytelling, and digital engagement.
Community Management
- Support in monitoring comments, messages, and audience interactions across social platforms.
- Assist in moderating user-generated content in line with brand and community guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing the final year or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, Design, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, and brand communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
- Creative mindset with an eye for content, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Canva, social media tools, or content planning tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
