Job Description

TL;DR

A fast-growing B2B SaaS startup needs a hands-on digital marketer to build its lead generation engine from scratch. The company operates in the parking tech space, digitising payments for large commercial properties, parking garages, and parking lots. They've spent the last few years investing heavily in their technology, and are now focused on growth.

The team is looking for that one hire who can strategise and execute across different marketing channels. This is a greenfield opportunity, one where you can set the direction and build the function from ground up.

  • Role type: Part-time (20 hours per week), fully remote
  • Working hours: 8pm – 12pm IST
  • Salary range: Up to 18 LPA (on a full time basis)

What you'll do

Build the cold email engine

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns using Clay.com, going after parking lot owners, parking garage owners, large commercial real estate owners, and management companies that manage large commercial properties – 50–100 high-value accounts is the goal, not mass volume
  • Set up and configure Clay's AI agents to automate prospecting and enrichment workflows, while keeping a human in the loop to manage quality and output
  • Set up and manage email infrastructure – domain warm-up, sequencing, and deliverability – so campaigns actually land

Run paid acquisition

  • Launch and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, balancing brand awareness in South Texas with highly targeted lead generation nationally
  • Own performance reporting so the founder knows what's working and what isn't

Grow organic presence

  • Support the SEO strategy built around landing pages and regional domains
  • Identify content and keyword opportunities that bring in leads over time, not just traffic

Own the marketing stack

  • Manage and build out Go High Level as the central CRM and marketing platform, building automations, funnels, pipeline tracking, and campaign tooling
  • Keep the tech stack connected so leads flow cleanly from outbound and paid into the CRM without manual work

Who we're looking for

  • You've run cold email campaigns before – you know what warm-up means, you've managed sending infrastructure, and you understand what makes a sequence convert
  • You've worked with paid ads across and actually generated meaningful results
  • You've got a working knowledge of SEO: on-page basics, keyword research, and how landing pages fit into an organic strategy
  • You're comfortable with AI tools and use them to work faster, not as a replacement for thinking
  • You're a self-starter who can manage your own time across a 20-hour week and flag problems before they become issues

Bonus points if you have

  • Hands-on experience with Clay.com (including its AI agents) or similar data enrichment and prospecting tools
  • Experience with Go High Level or comparable all-in-one CRM/marketing platforms
  • A background in SaaS or B2B tech
  • Experience setting up or managing multi-domain SEO strategies
