Role Description

Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive / Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing professional with strong experience in lead generation, campaign management, and social media handling. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in running high-performing digital campaigns and generating quality leads across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns, organic marketing, and strategic digital initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and implement social media calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, branding, and promotional activities.
  • Improve lead conversion through audience targeting, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
  • Handle SEO, email marketing, and online branding initiatives to improve digital presence.
  • Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience in running and managing paid campaigns.
  • Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms professionally.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and content strategy is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads will be preferred.
Experience
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.
