Role Overview

We are an ambitious startup building a secure, anonymous Executive Intelligence Platform. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful candidate with very good language skills and someone who can roll up sleeves to attain outcomes as individual contributor.

This role requires a combination of digital marketing expertise, creative design capability, and brand management skills to build awareness, attract professionals to the platform, and create a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow the platform's user base.
  • Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Optimize digital campaigns to drive engagement, sign-ups, and platform usage.
  • Develop and maintain the platform's brand identity and positioning. And function as single point for all creative aspects for on/off the platform for the firm.
  • Ensure consistent branding across website, social media, and marketing communications.
  • Manage brand messaging aligned with the company's vision and target audience.
  • Create marketing visuals, banners, and social media creatives.
  • Design promotional materials, newsletters, and campaign assets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain high visual quality and consistency.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across professional social platforms.
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with industry trends and HR topics.
  • Work closely with the product and community teams to promote new platform features.
  • Improve website visibility through SEO and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Track user acquisition metrics and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 48 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within technology platforms, online communities, or SaaS companies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media marketing, and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience in brand building / management and online community growth is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of professional platforms, or networking ecosystems is a plus.

Education:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
