Job Description

  • Strategy Development : Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive online traffic and conversion.
  • Content Management : Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • SEO and SEM : Optimize website content for search engines and manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities to boost visibility, reach and sales.
  • Data Analysis : Regularly analyze digital marketing metrics, use data to drive marketing decisions, and present reports on campaign performance.
  • Social Media Management : Develop and oversee social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
  • Email Marketing : Create and manage email marketing campaigns, monitor their effectiveness, and make adjustments based on performance data.
  • Budget Management : Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Market Research : Conduct regular market research to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and customer preferences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments (like sales, operations and HR) to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Eight to Twelve years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, ahref or SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable Attributes

  • Certifications in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with web design, WordPress and basic HTML/CSS/JS
