Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance the organization's brand visibility.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Handle both paid and organic social media marketing to boost engagement and reach.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Lead and mentor a team of content creators, social media manager and SEO analysts. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-Driven marketing, automation and digital strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong background in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and content strategy.

Demonstrated expertise in lead generation and conversion funnel optimization.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools globally.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics/GA4, CRM tools, and dashboards.

Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

810 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in EdTech / IT / Technology industries.

Proven success in scaling digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
