We exist to solve this. As Firi, we collect reviews on the internet from sources users already trust (Reddit and select Youtube channels) at scale. This means that we understand each product - who it works for and what it does - through thousands of reviews and full ingredient lists, instead of relying on one creator's opinion or marketing claims made by brands.
We use this intelligence to only stock the most repurchased beauty products in the world! And match them to users based on users past purchases, skin tones, skin types, age, gender, weather, skin conditions.. you get the gist.
About the role
This is a founding team role. As the founding Digital Marketing Manager, you'd be responsible for shaping the Acquisition strategy and owning Firi's performance marketing budgets end-to-end.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition and early retention end-to-end, through performance and product marketing
- Develop and own the marketing strategy on digital platforms, including positioning, messaging, campaign planning, and creative development
- Build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and buyer personas to consistently beat the market on ROAS
- Define what great looks like across customer acquisition and early retention funnel, and build acquisition and early engagement levers to optimise for the same
- Build and maintain customer tiering and tracking in CRM by setting up automated triggers to maximise customers hitting key milestones needed for customer retention
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in managing media agencies
- At least 2+ years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a tech company
- Ability to translate data into creative briefs and actionable feedback for designers
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- A creative eye with proficiency in Figma. You are able to collaborate effectively on design and copy
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM dashboards, test plans, and customer data
