Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead

Location: Noida | 6 Days Working | Budget: Up to 15 LPA

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead for a leading FMCG brand. This is a senior role with end-to-end ownership of performance marketing across D2C, Quick Commerce, and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution
• Drive growth, ROI, and customer acquisition
• Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Collaborate with creative, media, analytics, and product teams
• Analyze data and optimize campaign performance
• Lead and mentor the team

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years in performance marketing (FMCG/D2C/e-commerce)
• Strong expertise in paid media and analytics
• Experience with marketplaces and Quick Commerce is a plus
