Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, designing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns, implementing lead generation strategies, monitoring web analytics, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. The role also includes staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and creating strategic online campaigns.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth.
  • Strong skills in Web Analytics and using data to optimize campaigns and measure success.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing objectives clearly.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS, fintech, or B2C industries is a strong advantage.
