This role requires a mix of performance marketing, demand generation, and team leadership. You'll work closely with different teams while managing and mentoring a small marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and inbound channels.

  • Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B customers.
  • Lead SEO and content strategy to improve long-term organic growth.
  • Manage email marketing and nurture campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to improve funnel performance.
  • Track, analyze, and present performance using tools like GA4, CRM, and dashboards.
  • Identify funnel gaps and improve conversion rates (visitor lead SQL).
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 36 marketers, ensuring clear goals and accountability.

Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of improving CPL, CAC, or lead quality.
  • Experience working on lead generation and conversion funnels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, inbound marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot (or any CRM), Ahrefs/SEMrush.
  • Experience in team handling or mentoring.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data and performance metrics.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Perks

  • Opportunity to build and scale marketing from the ground up.
  • Work on a global SaaS product.
  • Collaborative and fast-growing environment.
  • 5-day work week.
  • Quarterly recognition programs & yearly team outings.
  • Paid leaves.
