As we scale, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can drive growth, improve lead quality, and build a strong digital marketing engine.
Profile Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end digital growth-from driving traffic to generating qualified leads and supporting revenue.
This role requires a mix of performance marketing, demand generation, and team leadership. You'll work closely with different teams while managing and mentoring a small marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and inbound channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns with focus on CPL, CAC, and ROI.
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth (not just traffic or impressions).
- Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B customers.
- Lead SEO and content strategy to improve long-term organic growth.
- Manage email marketing and nurture campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to improve funnel performance.
- Track, analyze, and present performance using tools like GA4, CRM, and dashboards.
- Identify funnel gaps and improve conversion rates (visitor lead SQL).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 36 marketers, ensuring clear goals and accountability.
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Proven track record of improving CPL, CAC, or lead quality.
- Experience working on lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, inbound marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience with tools like GA4, Search Console, HubSpot (or any CRM), Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Experience in team handling or mentoring.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data and performance metrics.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
