Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand and marketing initiatives for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and execution capabilities across vendors, agencies, and event partners — along with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Assist and implement marketing campaigns for real estate projects (ATL/BTL/Online).
• Assist in developing effective promotional strategies to drive leads, brand visibility, and sales.

Vendor & Agency Management

• Coordinate with creative, digital, print, and PR agencies for marketing deliverables.
• Handle vendor onboarding, negotiations, timelines and quality control.
• Ensure seamless execution of marketing collaterals and deliverables.

Event & Activation Management

• Plan and execute exhibitions, property launches, channel partner meets, and customer events.
• Assist in managing event budgets, branding, logistics, and post-event reports.

Digital Marketing

• Knowledge of Google ads, CPC campaigns and social media ads
• Planning and executing Google ad campaigns
• Connecting account to analytics
• Tracking lead calls, tracking conversions, Searching for effective keywords, Bidding on keywords
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO understanding.
• Dealing with website team for SEO optimization

Over all Expertise

• Collaborate with internal teams for brochures, project presentations, videos & digital creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across offline and online platforms.
• Create high-impact presentations for management, investors, and channel partners.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication
• Hands-on experience working with creative & digital agencies.
• Strong presentation skills (PPT proficiency required).
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends, branding and buyer segments.
• Strong knowledge of 360-degree Digital Marketing activity

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Location – Turbhe, work from office, six days a week
